Job summary
Membership Coordinator:
· Ensures day-to-day technical support to members and volunteers and functions as point-of-contact on all technical issues with regard to the message board (Yahoo Group, Events management software, etc.)
· Works with Yahoo Group moderators to maintain the needs of the members, functioning of the Yahoo Group, and oversees the team of Yahoo Group moderators.
· Answers questions and resolves connectivity issues with Yahoo group, online registration tools, and technical support for members and SJN partners.
Minimum requirements
Intermediate office skills and IT skills are preferred.
