Come join us as you learn at least a dozen ways to enjoy the holidays and hit the ground running in the New Year, even though we live in more difficult times than we could ever have imagined!

Join Patricia Duryea, PhD, from Scottsdale Healthcare, as she gives tips on coping with the holidays during these trying times! Work in small groups to come up with your personal plan to be prepared for the holidays and get ready for the New Year – physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.
