Identity Workshop – Exploring the “Real U”

Guest Speaker – June Liggins, speaker, trainer, consultant
We live in a world where we are searching for value and meaning – through career, places, things and people.  We may be looking to others to tell us who we are.  Society may try to define us, too.  We may be identifying ourselves through our jobs and overall career.
This workshop will help you explore and develop an appreciation for the “Real U” – how you are unique as a person.
 It’s time to:

  • get a good grasp on who you are!
  • challenge the negative stereotypes and false perceptions you may have of yourself!
  • uncover and experience the awesome person that you are!

By the end of this workshop, you will have drafted a vision and mission blueprint that will help guide you in life.Workshop Topics:

MAY 4, 2010 TUES – LET GO OF STRESS & WORRY! Bonnie Moehle

Looking for a job can bring out feelings of stress, worry and even depression.  But, these emotions actually take away our clarity and our ability to move forward.  Although many of us feel that stress and worry may help to motivate us, in reality, they have a negative effect on our success in an interview, our creativity to come up with new job search ideas and our overall productivity.

Wouldn’t we love to let go of our stress?

But, do we know how to do this?

During her presentation, teacher and author Bonnie Moehle will discuss the real causes of stress, along with tools for moving through it, so that your job search and life in general, can be more positive and effective.

Bonnie Moehle is a Self Realization Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and author of two books, “Thoughts From Within, A Guide to Inner Peace in a Crazy World” and “What is Happiness and Where can I Get Some?”   She facilitates Life Balancing workshops in and around the Phoenix area, and has a private practice in Phoenix, based on the belief that we are all powerful beyond measure.  Included in her teachings are the how to’s of letting go of fear, stress, worry, depression and anger.

Her Life Balancing program is designed to promote joy, peace, health, prosperity, better relationships and overall well-being. “I teach people to let their light shine.”  Bonnie facilitates private workshops for groups and businesses interested in creating stress-free environments, better relationships and greater financial success.
